The story

Most of my recent work has been AI agent experiences at Immersive — a cybersecurity company — where a wrong answer isn’t a nuisance — it’s a breach. That’s a demanding place to learn AI UX, and it shaped how I design: for the moments AI gets things wrong, not just the moments it shines.

Building my own AI product taught me what most designers never learn.

I founded and designed Nouri, an AI nutrition app — and building it solo meant wearing every hat: designer, product manager, engineer, I learned AI the hard way, from scratch. That’s why I don’t design AI features in a vacuum. I understand the whole picture — the product tradeoffs, the technical constraints, what’s actually buildable — so what I hand over isn’t a pretty idea your engineers can’t ship. It’s design shaped by someone who’s had to make it work end to end.
